Here’s a list of odd things that do not really need separate pages, well actually some do - see navigation buttons above for a few other items.

Musical Fidelity X-Can

	I bought the X-Can as a little experiment in valves
	I’ve played around with 4 or 5 types and find the Mullards are best
	Case pre-attact
	Decided tubes needed ventilation
	Top holes probably need to be larger

The X-Cans sound really great and in the end I ditched my cheap headphones and bought the Sennheiser HD600 and I’ve fitted the Meier Audio replacement cable

RCA Plugs

 Have replaced all RCA plugs into my pre amp with these Neotech plugs

I really like how they tighten onto the socket. In fact they lock so well they can be difficult to remove on my amp where access is restricted (plugs very close)

Armstrong Audio

In the mid 70’s I had an Armstrong 600 amplifier but I couldn’t remember what model until I found this site: -
